By accessing or using hiredbymorning ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users, including free and paid subscribers.
hiredbymorning provides AI-powered resume scanning, tailoring, job matching, cover letter generation, and application tracking services. The Service is available in three tiers: Free ATS Scanner, Smart Tailoring (₹499/month), and Job Intelligence (₹1,499/month). Features and pricing are subject to change with prior notice.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information during registration. One account per person — shared or automated accounts are not permitted. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
You agree not to: upload malicious files or content; use the Service for fraudulent job applications; attempt to reverse-engineer our ATS scoring algorithms; resell or redistribute tailored content commercially; use automated tools to scrape or abuse the Service; violate any applicable laws while using the Service.
You retain full ownership of your resume content, cover letters, and all documents you upload or generate. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content for the purpose of providing our services. We do not claim ownership of your content.
Content generated by our AI (tailored resumes, cover letters, suggestions) is provided as a starting point. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated content before using it. We do not guarantee that AI-generated content is accurate, appropriate, or free of errors.
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Razorpay. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Refunds are available within 7 days of initial subscription for unused services, subject to review.
We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
hiredbymorning is a career assistance tool. We do not guarantee employment outcomes, interview invitations, or job offers. Our ATS scores are estimates based on common ATS systems and may not reflect every employer's specific system. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
We may terminate or suspend your account for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Bangalore, India, under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
