By accessing or using HiredByMorning ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users, including free and paid subscribers, and to use of our Chrome extension.
HiredByMorning provides AI-powered resume scanning, tailoring, job matching, cover letter generation, and application tracking services. The Service is available in three tiers: Free ATS Scanner, Smart Tailoring (₹199/month), and Job Intelligence (₹799/month). Features and pricing are subject to change with prior notice.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information during registration. One account per person — shared or automated accounts are not permitted. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
You agree not to: upload malicious files or content; use the Service for fraudulent job applications; attempt to reverse-engineer our ATS scoring algorithms; resell or redistribute tailored content commercially; use automated tools, scripts, or bots to scrape or abuse the Service; share account access; or violate any applicable laws while using the Service.
Paid tiers are intended for normal individual job-search use. We reserve the right to rate-limit, throttle, temporarily suspend, or terminate accounts whose usage patterns indicate abuse — including automated access, credential sharing, systematic extraction of our scoring system, or usage volumes far beyond what an individual job seeker would generate. Where practical, we will warn you before taking action.
You retain full ownership of your resume content, cover letters, and all documents you upload or generate. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content for the purpose of providing our services. We do not claim ownership of your content.
Content generated by our AI — enhanced resumes, tailored versions, cover letters, ATS scores, and suggestions — consists of suggestions, not guarantees. AI systems can make mistakes. You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying every AI-generated document — especially names, dates, employers, skills, and numbers — before submitting it to any employer. Our pipeline is designed to preserve your real experience and never invent achievements or metrics, but the final accuracy of anything you submit is your responsibility. ATS scores are estimates based on common applicant-tracking systems and may not reflect any specific employer's system.
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly — in Indian Rupees through Razorpay for customers in India, and in US Dollars through Dodo Payments (acting as Merchant of Record) for international customers. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle, and your payment method is charged the then-current price for your plan, until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard billing settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle, you keep access until then, and you will not be charged again. We will give you prior notice of any price change before it applies to a renewal.
Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice, and we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
HiredByMorning is a career assistance tool. We do not guarantee employment outcomes, interview invitations, or job offers. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
We may terminate or suspend your account for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Bangalore, India, under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
